Service Description

LLM AI Router is a cloud-hosted AI API routing service that provides:

  • •A unified endpoint for multiple AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, etc.)
  • •Stack-based routing with automatic fallback between provider tiers
  • •Circuit breaker protection for provider health monitoring
  • •Response caching for cost optimization
  • •Usage analytics and monitoring

The Service acts as a proxy, forwarding your requests to your configured AI providers using your own API keys.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with LLM AI Router, you agree to:

  • •Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • •Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • •Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use LLM AI Router to:

  • •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • •Generate, store, or transmit illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • •Use the Service to circumvent AI provider rate limits or terms of service
  • •Share your Router API keys with unauthorized third parties
  • •Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

API Key Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Router API keys:

  • •Keep your Router API keys confidential and secure
  • •Do not share your keys in public repositories, forums, or unencrypted communications
  • •Rotate keys immediately if you suspect they have been compromised
  • •Use separate keys for different applications or environments
Important: You are responsible for any usage and charges incurred through your Router API keys, whether authorized or not. We recommend enabling usage alerts and regularly reviewing your analytics dashboard.

Limitation of Liability

LLM AI Router is a routing service that forwards requests to third-party AI providers. We do not control the AI models or their outputs.

  • •No responsibility for AI outputs: We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI provider responses
  • •Provider availability: We do not guarantee the availability or performance of any third-party AI provider
  • •API key validity: We are not responsible for issues arising from invalid, expired, or rate-limited provider API keys
  • •Indirect damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

  • •The Service is provided on a "best effort" basis
  • •We do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage for free tier users
  • •We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
  • •We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance or significant service changes.

Intellectual Property

The LLM AI Router service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • •We retain ownership of the Service and its underlying technology
  • •You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • •By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment (if applicable), or extended inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also send an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
